Our products
What diamonds do you use?
We use natural diamonds with a GH color grade and VS2 clarity or higher.
In lab-grown diamonds we use a DF color grade with VS clarity and above. In sapphires we use natural sapphires in green, blue, azure, turquoise and pink.
Can we choose the stones on the ring ourselves?
Our amazing designers select and match the colors of the stones using tools and magnifying devices. We don't give you the option to choose for yourself, but we can let you choose from stones that we have already found.
Do you have other gold colors besides yellow gold?
Besides individual jewelry, we have the option of producing any piece of jewelry in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and champagne gold.
Do you use blood diamonds?
The answer is absolutely not.
Shipping and Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns and exchanges on most of our products (see exceptions below). Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt, and all paperwork including certificates if applicable must also be returned. After 14 days, all sales are final. Please note that there are exceptional situations outlined in our returns and exchanges policy.
Can I use more than one discount?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Where can I enter a coupon code?
When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and find a box to add a coupon code, enter your coupon and click the Apply Coupon button.
I entered the wrong shipping address, or I made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
If you received an order confirmation email and mistakenly found the order, please call us at 052-521-3407 or send us an email with the order confirmation you received, we will gladly help and change it.
