We accept returns and exchanges on most products (details on exclusions below).

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt , unworn and undamaged , and together with all attached documents (e.g. certificates).

After 14 days – all sales are final.

Return/Restocking Fees

• All returns incur a 10% restocking fee of the original jewelry price , because the jewelry is handmade.
• If the item is returned in a condition that requires repair, extensive cleaning, or does not allow for resale, a higher restocking fee will be charged, depending on the work required.

Exchange instead of return

• An item can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
• The credit for the exchange is for the full amount of the original purchase , but:
• The exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase ,
• Only one exchange can be made per order ,
• The exchange credit is not saved for future use.

Sending an item back to us

• It is mandatory to contact us before shipping back to us, to ensure that the item reaches us securely.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense .
• It is highly recommended to send the jewelry with full insurance , as we are not responsible for the loss of items during shipping.

Additional important information about returns

• This policy only applies to items from the regular collection .
• Fully personalized orders – final sale and non-refundable.
• Sale items can be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping costs for returning the jewelry to us are not refundable.
• All taxes/duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
