Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges on most of our products (see exceptions below). Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt, and all paperwork including certificates if applicable must also be returned. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Because our designs are handmade, all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned item requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in another condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work required.
If you wish to exchange your item, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase towards a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new item must be in stock at the time of exchange (within 14 days of the original purchase). The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per order.
Please contact us before sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend insuring your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Our return and exchange policy is limited to items in our regular collection. We often upgrade the diamond size or quality in our existing designs as special orders for our customers, and these orders will always be final sale.
Products on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
We will not refund shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs for all returns or services (including customs fees for international customers) are the responsibility of the buyer.
For those living outside of Israel: If the postal carrier returns your package to us because you were not available or contactable at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee, minus any associated import fees, and minus the restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered. (Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address.)
For domestic buyers (i.e., those living in Israel): If the postal carrier returns your package to us because you were unavailable or uncontactable at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee and a restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered. (Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address.)
Change size
Our current timeline for resizing requests is 1-2 weeks from the time you receive your ring.
Ring sizing is not universal, we work with US sizes. We highly recommend that you find your size with one of the following tools before we resize your jewelry.
Ring Sizer: We highly recommend this tool. It is a size finder and the best way to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly on the first try.
Existing ring: Find a ring from a close friend and measure your size using this ring if possible.
We only offer half sizes. If you prefer a quarter size media, just email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
If your ring doesn't fit, we offer free resizing.
Please note: If you have chosen an eternity style for your ring, resizing will incur a fee of 150 NIS (as opposed to our regular free service).
We are happy to offer resizing services, but to help our customers avoid waiting several weeks and paying shipping costs, we recommend that everyone be sure of the size you need before purchasing.
