We are proud to provide warranty on all of our jewelry items, so you can be sure that your jewelry will always receive the best care.

What does the warranty include?

• We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repair, as long as you own it.

• Size change – free of charge for the first four months (details below).

• Repairs caused by reasonable use – free of charge for the first two years (details below).

Limitations of Liability

• The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center stones valued at more than $100.

  • It is recommended to insure your personal jewelry in case of loss or damage to the center stone.

• Some of the jewelry includes special stones. In the event of damage, we will make an effort to match the stone as closely as possible, but there may be color differences depending on inventory.

• The cost of shipping for cleaning, inspection, and repair to us and from the studio back is the responsibility of the customer.

• Size changes are free within 4 months from the date of purchase.

• Repairs caused by reasonable use are free for 24 months of ownership, except for center stone replacements over $100 .

• After 24 months – repairs will be carried out at a cost based on a price quote.

• Important: The warranty is completely void if the jewelry is repaired by another jeweler (including resizing).

Production time

• Most jewelry is made to order and requires 2–4 weeks of production (casting, inlaying, sizing, polishing, etc.).

Orders within Israel

• When buying jewelry – free shipping .

• In cases of repair/size exchange – the shipping will be At the customer's expense.

• Deliveries are made through a private shipping company, fully insured from door to door .

International orders

• When buying jewelry – free shipping .

• In cases of repair/size exchange – shipping is at the customer's expense .

• Shipments are made with DHL or FedEx , fully insured door-to-door.

• An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery – it is recommended to enter a business address if no one is available at home.

• Address changes/delays/pickups from the logistics center – will be done through us only due to insurance restrictions.

• Customs costs, VAT and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• If you request to pick up the package from a sorting point, you will be required to present:

  • Tracking number

  • Government photo ID

• Some countries require payment of taxes before the package is released – we are not responsible for paying these fees.
