We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each of our items, so you can rest assured that we will lovingly care for your Deborah Strauss jewelry whenever it needs care.
We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repair as long as you own it.
You can also send your jewelry to us at any time for a thorough cleaning and free inspection to ensure it is as sparkling, beautiful and new as when you bought it.
There are several limitations to our liability.
Our warranty does not cover replacement of lost center stones valued at over $150. We recommend that you insure your jewelry in the unlikely event of a center stone being dropped or damaged.
Many of our jewelry features one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a similar stone, but colors may vary, depending on what we have in stock.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleaning, testing, and repair work. Do you live outside of Israel? Please note: You are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office regarding fees that may be associated with the repair of your jewelry.
All repair work is free of charge during the first 24 months of ownership (except for center stone replacements valued at over $150). After 24 months of ownership, we will charge a small labor and/or materials fee for your repair service.
If you wear jewelry every day, a little wear and tear is normal. Our repair experts will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond normal wear and tear, we will let you know the labor and material costs associated with your service.
Please send your piece to us for repair as we know our designs best, and we are specially trained to work with such delicate pieces. Please note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair.
If your Deborah Strauss item needs repair, please contact us and make sure it falls within our service schedule. Our skilled repair specialists will evaluate your piece and be open with you about the work needed and any associated costs.

Valuations
We offer free valuations for items valued at $1,000 (USD) or more, if you plan to insure your jewelry privately. You can contact us to request an appraisal. Appraisal requests must be submitted within one year of purchase, otherwise fees may apply.
Jewelry care
To keep your jewelry in excellent condition, we recommend the following:
Always remove your jewelry if it may be exposed to chemicals of any kind (including cleaning chemicals, creams, including soaps and makeup)
Always remove your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, showering, exercising, doing physical work, or doing outdoor work such as gardening.
Clean your jewelry regularly with lukewarm water, mild soap (we recommend dish soap), and a soft toothbrush.
Production time
Most of our items require 3-4 weeks of production time, to allow for casting, setting, sizing, polishing, and making sure your jewelry is perfect! Do you have a specific deadline you need to meet? Please contact us so we can do our best to have your jewelry ready by then.

Domestic orders (Israel)
Shipping is free.
All orders are shipped via a private courier company and are fully insured door to door. If you need to re-route your package to a location other than the shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately via the following communication channels: Email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
We *do* not ship to a hotel or non-permanent address.
International orders
Shipping is free.
Please note that an adult signature (21+) will be required upon delivery of your package. To avoid routing fees, please ensure you provide a shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for your package. Some of our customers choose to ship to their business address because they know that they, or another adult, will be present to sign for the shipment.
All orders worldwide are shipped via DHL or FedEx and are fully insured, door to door.
If you need to reroute your package or hold it for collection at the nearest sorting facility, please contact us immediately via the following communication channels: Email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Due to insurance restrictions, we at Deborah Strauss Jewelry will submit any request for a change of delivery on your behalf to DHL or FedEx.
Please note that you will need the tracking number along with a government-issued photo ID to pick up your package from a sorting facility.
We *do* not ship to a hotel or non-permanent address.
If your package is returned to us because you were unavailable to receive delivery, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee and less a 10% restocking fee for the items you ordered. Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address.
Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before the shipment can be completed. We at Deborah Strauss Jewelry are responsible for paying these customs fees.
