What the warranty includes
- We will repair your jewelry whenever it requires repair, as long as it is in your possession
- Size adjustment - free of charge during the first four months (details below)
- Repairs resulting from reasonable use - free of charge during the first two years (details below)
Warranty limitations

The warranty does not include replacement of lost center stones with a value higher than $100
- It is recommended to insure your personal jewelry for cases of loss or damage to a center stone
- Some jewelry items include special stones. In the event of damage, we will make every effort to match an identical stone as closely as possible, but color differences may occur depending on inventory
- Shipping costs for cleaning, inspection, and repair to us and from the studio back are the responsibility of the customer
- Size adjustment is free within 4 months from the date of purchase.
- Repairs resulting from reasonable use are free for 24 months of ownership, excluding replacement of center stones over $100
- After 24 months - repairs will be carried out at a cost according to a price quote
Important! the warranty is completely void if the jewelry has been repaired by another jeweler (including size adjustment)
Production Time
- Most jewelry is made to order and requires 2-4 weeks of production (casting, setting, size adjustment, polishing, and more)

Shipments
Orders within Israel
- When purchasing jewelry - free shipping
- In cases of repair / size adjustment - shipping will be at the customer’s expense
- Shipments are carried out via a private shipping company, fully insured door to door

International Orders
- When purchasing jewelry - free shipping
- In cases of repair / size adjustment - shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Shipments are carried out with DHL or FedEx, fully insured door to door.
- An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery - it is recommended to enter a business address if no one is available at home
- Address changes / delays / collection from the logistics center - handled exclusively through us due to insurance limitations.
- Customs duties, VAT, and import fees - are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If you request to collect the package from a sorting point, you will be required to present:
- Tracking number
- Government-issued photo ID
- Some countries require tax payment before the package is released - we are not responsible for payment of these fees.
