What type of stones do you use?
We use natural diamonds with a color grade of G–H and clarity of VS2 or higher. For lab-grown diamonds, we use a color grade of D–F with VS clarity or higher.
For sapphires, we use natural stones in green, blue, light blue, turquoise, and pink.
Can I select the stones for the piece myself?
Our amazing designers select and match the stone colors using specialized tools and magnification devices. We do not offer the option to choose the stones yourself, but you can choose from the stones we have already selected.
Do you offer gold colors other than yellow gold?
Apart from a few pieces, craft any piece in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or champagne gold.
Do you use conflict diamonds?
Absolutely not.

Payments
Where can I enter my coupon code?
When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and find the box to enter a coupon code. Enter your code and click the 'Apply Coupon' button.
I entered the wrong shipping address or made a mistake with my order. How can I change it?
If you have received an order confirmation email and notice a mistake in your order, please call us on Whatsapp or reply to the confirmation email.
We will be happy to assist and make the necessary changes.
Can I use more than one discount in the same order?
Only one discount code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other promotions or sales.
