We accept returns and exchanges on most products (details on exclusions below).
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged, and together with all accompanying documents (for example: certificates). After 14 days - all sales are final.

Return / Restocking Fees

• Each return is subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original jewelry price, as the jewelry is handmade
• If the item is returned in a condition that requires repair, extensive cleaning, or does not allow resale - a higher restocking fee will be charged, according to the work required

Exchange Instead of Return

• An item may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value
• The exchange credit is for the full amount of the original purchase, but:
  • The exchange must be completed within 14 days of purchase
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order
  • The exchange credit cannot be saved for future use

Sending an Item Back to Us

• You must contact us before shipping the item back, to ensure it reaches us securely
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• It is highly recommended to ship the jewelry with full insurance, as we are not responsible for loss of items during shipping

Additional Important Information About Returns

• This policy applies only to items from the regular collection
  • Fully custom-designed orders are final sale and are not eligible for return
• Sale items are eligible for return or exchange
• Shipping costs for returning the jewelry to us are non-refundable
• All taxes / customs duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer
