Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges on most of our products (see below for exceptions). Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt, and all paperwork including certificates if applicable must also be returned. After 14 days, all sales are final
As our designs are handmade, all returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned artwork. If the returned item requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in other condition that precludes resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work required
If you wish to exchange your item, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be in stock at the time of the exchange (within 14 days of the original purchase). The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per order
Please contact us before you send the jewelry back, so we can be sure they arrive safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend insuring your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail

Our return and exchange policy is limited to items in our regular collection. We often upgrade the diamond size or quality in our existing designs as special orders for our customers and these orders will always be final sale
Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange
We will not refund shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs for any returns or services (including customs fees for international customers) are the responsibility of the buyer.
For those who live outside of Israel: If the postal carrier returns your package to us because you were not available or available to be contacted at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fees, minus any associated import fees, as well as minus the restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered (Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address.)
For domestic buyers (ie, those who live in Israel): If the postal carrier returns your package to us because you were not available or contactable at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order minus the shipping fee and minus the restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered. (Please contact us if you need to change your shipping address.)
size change
Our current timeline for resizing requests is 1-2 weeks from receiving your ring
Ring size is not universal, we work with US sizes. We strongly recommend that you find your size with one of the following tools before we resize your jewelry
Measuring Rings: We highly recommend this tool. This is a true to size product and the best way to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly on the first try
Existing ring: find a ring from a close friend and measure your size according to this ring if you can
We only offer half sizes. If you prefer quarter size media, just email us and we'll do our best to accommodate
If your ring does not fit, we offer free resizing
Please note: if you chose an Eternity style for your ring, changing the size involves a fee of NIS 150 (unlike our normal free service)
We are happy to offer resizing services, but to help our customers avoid waiting several weeks and paying shipping costs, we advise everyone to be sure of the size you need before purchasing
